Digital Delivery Policy

In our shop, we sell digital products only, including PDF files, templates, checklists, starter kits, planners and digital downloads. Therefore, no physical goods will be shipped.
1. Digital Delivery
All products from Heaviside Solutions are delivered digitally. After a successful purchase, you will receive access to your digital product, for example through a download page, a download link or by email.
No physical shipment by post, parcel service or freight carrier will take place.
2. Delivery Time for Digital Products
Digital products are usually made available immediately after a successful purchase. Depending on the product and shop settings, access may be provided through a download page, a download link or an email with further information.
If you do not receive an email with your download link after purchase, please first check your spam, promotions or junk folder.

3. Shipping Costs
Since we only offer digital products, no shipping costs apply.
No physical shipping is required for digital products. Therefore, no parcel shipping method should be required during checkout.
4. No Parcel Shipping and No Tracking Number
Because our products are delivered digitally, there is no parcel tracking, no tracking number and no physical delivery by post or parcel service.
Access to the purchased product is provided digitally only.
5. Incorrect or Unreachable Email Address
Please make sure to enter a correct and accessible email address when placing your order. Order information, download links or further information about digital delivery may be sent to this email address.
If you accidentally used an incorrect email address during checkout, please contact us with your name, order number and the correct email address.
6. Technical Problems with Downloads
If you experience technical problems opening, downloading or saving your file, we will be happy to help.
We will review the issue and provide access again where possible, provided that the purchase was completed successfully and the product is still available.
