At Heaviside Solutions, we sell digital products such as PDF files, templates, starter kits, and digital downloads. No physical product will be shipped.

Delivery of Digital Products

Upon successful purchase, you will receive access to your digital file or a download link. Delivery is digital, for example, via a download page or email.

Returns of Digital Products

Since these are digital contents, digital products generally cannot be returned like physical goods once they have been provided or downloaded.

Refunds for Technical Problems

If you cannot download your file after purchase, the download link does not work, or you have accidentally made a duplicate purchase, please contact us. We will review the case and either provide you with access to the file again or refund the purchase amount if the problem cannot be resolved.

Processing Time

Requests for returns or refunds are generally reviewed within 3 to 5 business days.
