How do I receive my digital product?
Your files are delivered through the shop’s digital download process after purchase. No physical product is shipped.
What should I do if I cannot find my download?
Check your inbox, spam folder and promotions tab. Make sure you are searching in the mailbox connected to the email address used for your order.
Can I print and use the files digitally?
Most templates can be printed or used digitally unless the individual product page states otherwise.
