At Heaviside Solutions, we sell digital products only, including PDF files, templates, checklists, starter kits, planners, digital tools and downloadable files. No physical product will be shipped.

1. Digital Products

Our products are provided digitally after a successful purchase. Depending on the product and shop settings, access may be provided through a download page, a download link or by email.

Because our products are digital content, they cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods.

2. Returns of Digital Products

Once a digital product has been made available, downloaded or accessed, it generally cannot be physically returned, as no item is sent by post or parcel service.

Please review the product description, included files, file format and usage notes carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

Digital content is subject to specific legal rules. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the right of withdrawal or cancellation may expire early if the digital product is made available before the end of the withdrawal period at the customer’s express request and the customer has acknowledged that this may result in the loss of the right of withdrawal.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

4. Refunds in Case of Technical Issues

If you are unable to download your digital product after purchase, if the download link does not work or if the file cannot be accessed, please contact us.

We will review the issue and, if the purchase was completed successfully, we will try to provide access to the purchased product again.

If the technical issue cannot be resolved, we may review a refund of the purchase price on a case-by-case basis.

5. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same digital product twice, please contact us with your name, order number and the email address used for the purchase.

We will review the transaction and may issue a refund for the duplicate payment if the duplicate purchase can be verified.

6. No Refunds for Successfully Delivered Digital Products

A refund is generally not available if the digital product was successfully provided, the download works and there is no technical issue.

This includes cases where the product has already been downloaded or access to the product was successfully made available.

7. Processing Time

Requests regarding returns, technical issues or possible refunds are usually reviewed within 3 to 5 business days.

In individual cases, processing may take longer, especially if order details, payment information or technical information need to be checked.
