Withdrawal Policy for Digital Content

Heaviside Solutions offers digital content and digital products only, including PDF files, templates, checklists, planners, spreadsheets, starter kits and other downloadable files. No physical product is shipped by post.

This Withdrawal Policy applies to consumers.

1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date on which the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement:

You may use the model withdrawal form provided at the end of this page. However, use of the form is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period only after performance of the contract has begun and all of the following requirements have been met:

You expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract and supplying the digital content before the withdrawal period had expired.
You acknowledged that, by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract begins.
You received confirmation of the contract on a durable medium, including confirmation of your consent to immediate performance and your acknowledgment of the loss of your right of withdrawal.

Where these requirements have been met and the digital content has been supplied, the right of withdrawal no longer applies to that purchase.

Where these requirements have not been fully met, your statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

3. Effects of a Valid Withdrawal

If you validly withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you in connection with the withdrawn contract without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive your withdrawal notice.

We will generally make the reimbursement using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless another method has been expressly agreed. You will not incur any additional fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Following a valid withdrawal, any digital content already supplied must no longer be used or shared with other persons.

4. Technical Problems and Defective Files

If you do not receive your download, a download link does not work or a supplied file cannot be opened, please contact us at:

Where possible, please provide the product name, your order number and the email address used for the purchase. Do not send full payment or credit card details.

We will review the problem and, where possible, provide renewed access to the purchased product or a functional replacement file.

Your statutory warranty and conformity rights relating to defective digital content remain unaffected by this Withdrawal Policy.

5. Accidental Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally purchased the same digital product more than once, please contact us and provide your name, order number and the email address used for the purchase.

We will review the matter and may voluntarily refund the duplicate payment where a duplicate order can be verified. Any statutory rights remain unaffected.
